What is your lifestyle?
What tone of voice do you use throughout the day? What is the first thought that comes to mind when you wake up? And how do you feel when you step out of bed? What is the first thing you drink?
I used to think that lifestyle was something superficial. Lifestyle coaching? To be honest, I didn't find it very interesting. And I know dozens of coaches, but not a single lifestyle coach. Funny, isn't it?
But your lifestyle is literally the style in which you live and therefore determines everything! What you do every day—your habits—is just the tip of the iceberg. That 10%, as you probably know, is largely determined by the 90% that lies beneath the surface. And yet, that visible tip does determine how you experience your day (and therefore your life):
- how much energy you have;
- how connected, happy, and grateful you feel; and
- how healthy and fit you grow older.
But how do you know what is happening below the surface (and therefore unconsciously)? At Charged, we always start with Measuring and Knowing.
